Lovely location, staff very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and well stocked with coffee etc. View from our room was stunning and the temperature in the room was perfect, the ability to open the window at night was good. The menu was not the largest and didn't change through the week but the food we did have was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Marmalade and wished we had more time to stay even longer. The food in the restaurant was some of the best we had on our 3-week trip, the views are incredible, beds comfortable, and facilities / grounds very clean and beautiful. 10/10 highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean with all amenities. The staff were attentive and pleasant and the food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner wih a wide variety of choice. Parking was convenient. The only drawback was getting there....a long journey and difficult approach lane with a cattle grid and potholes. That aside, the hotel was excellent and well worth a visit.

The hotel is very nice and fantastic location. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very clean apart from the bedroom floor that would have done with some better cleaning. Bathroom spotless. The staff was all very nice and made us feel very welcoming and at home. Would highly recommend

The double room with king size bed was spotless, bamboo mattress was very comfortable A good easy to use shower, only fault was no extras ie shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, these are basic in most hotels I would also have like more shelf space in the bathroom The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful Breakfast was continental which suited me, plenty of choice but no cooked breakfast available Evening meal was basic and edible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would...

Beautiful hotel in an off the beaten track. Very good food. It seemed to be the waitress's first day but she did really well under the guidance of the owner, who was certainly putting his heart into this small business. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel on the water with an excellent restaurant. It was hard to find a hotel on the Isle of Skye, but we were extremely fortunate to find a room here on short notice.

Can’t say too much about how amazing an experience our stay was. Check in process, the room, the scotch in the room, the tour, and the food in the restaurant but above all of that were the staff. Without exception, they went above and beyond to make things special. A slightly wider double bed would be the only thing that I’d change. Just visit!!

Hi the setting is excellent and quite unique. you are down by the lochside, with the hills in the background. We met Kenny (the owner) who was very helpful during our stay. Callum and Penny.

Amazing property. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. It was perfect for resting after a day full of driving.

If you want spotless simple and quiet (apart from baa baa baa!) You wont find better.
