"Welcoming and helpful staff, nice food in the restaurant which is handy after a long 17hr flight. The hotel is clean, the room we had was well looked after and the hotel even fixed a problem with our sink during our stay with first class customer service. It is a good 20 min walk to the south end of Kuta beach but if you want meals in Kuta then a Gojek is needed but are cheap. The only negative thing I could say was the decking outside the pool rooms needs replacing or re-fitted as people walking or kids running past your room made the boards make some noise."
