"Just back from a great stay at this lovely hotel. Right in the centre of Brighton with the I360 right in front of you and fab sea views. Staff were just lovely, friendly and very helpful. Room was small but great use of space with the en suite bathroom and with the added extra of a small balcony, it was lovely.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again "

You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!"

"The room was clean, and the staff very nice and thoughtful. It was valentine's day so they made the room extra special for our arrival. The room was available for us earlier than expected and they offered to look after our bags after we checked out so would definitely recommend. It was a little noisy outside but I can't blame them for that. "

"Excellent location. A few minutes from the station and about 10 minutes from the seafront. Clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Good buffet breakfast. Pre-booked is slightly cheaper. The staff were very helpful and the reception always seemed to be open! Parking is not too far away, not hotel-owned, it is expensive, but that’s Brighton!"
