"I had a great five night stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and had a view of the KL Tower and the Petronas Towers at night. The pool is on the 7th floor with a view of Merdeka 118. The location was super convenient. Restaurants are right downstairs and the MRT is just a few minutes away. I didn’t interact much with staff after check-in, but everything went smoothly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!"

Just a real shame that the slide was broken as our kids were looking forward to that, and the tvs dont work in the pods. Easily walkable to the Jalan Petaling market. "

The room had everything I needed and the balcony with table and chairs was a welcome addition especially as the room was too cold and I couldnt adjust the aircon. The bathroom was on the small size but was good for one and the shower had great pressure "

"eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."

"The Robertson was a great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was large and spacious. The view we had on floor 43a was amazing, especially at night. It was very convenient having the food stalls and stores just outside the residences. Easy to walk to Jalan Alor for food. I would stay here again. "

"The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not...
