"Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Every member of staff we came into contact with was really welcoming and helpful. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from Picardy tram stop and a short walk to Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Also very close to the theatre and Edinburgh Street Food. So perfectly situated for us. The good sized room was clean, the bed super comfy and had the most fabulous shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back. "

"Really great, nothing really that you cd need as it was so well thought out and laid out.
Even supplied ear plugs as the noise through the old windows could get pretty loud at times being on the road side.
Very clean, tidy, little extras like the lounge and washer/dryers that I just didn't expect.
And buttons for everything, and interactive room and service and tablet!
