"Damp on window walls plaster dust on floor. Door to room is like a shed door and doesn’t seal properly. Only minor but clocks need a new battery We could hear everything even cutlery being cleaned and put in tray.at 7 in morning Breakfast wasn’t good and even another person we said hi to in the town said breakfast wasn’t good this morning so not just us. Not the best place for us ."

"Lovely stay.Hotel on the Promenade and handy to shops and facilities as well as the Pier etc. Room good and recently refurbished. Other comments also say rooms adequate size and bathroom compact but fine. Plenty of teas and coffees in room which is great. Car park fine at back and no extra charge. Breakfast was brilliant with hot English breakfast buffet and lots of choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, pastries which we were very impressed with. Staff all helpful. Yes definitely recommend and stay again!"
