"Our stay was perfect. The guys at Leiden took really good care of us and helped us out with anything we could think of! The hotel and room was very clean, in a quiet lane so we had a very good night sleep every night. Their cafe downstairs was a nice touch and very delicious coffees too!"

"This used to be called Sazi Hotel, I stayed there in May 2024 and it was okay. Now that is it the Level hotel… so many upgrades have been made and it’s a great little hotel. If you stay here, plan on staying at the luxury rooms only! I will stay here anytime I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

All communications were done via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and responded to inquires immediately. The overall experience was quite positive. "The location was modern, room was clean and better than expected. Great location downtown within walking distance or short ride to most attractions. The café downstairs was a nice convince. The communication with the host and staff was excellent. I'd highly recommend this location."

"Room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly each day by our cleaner Duyen. She looked after us and granted small extra requests like extra shower caps. Buffet was good, fresh eggs were a highlight. Croissants were not the best. Front desk staff were very helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you for a lovely stay! "
