As a gold member of hotels.com I've been around and this was really just awful. The reception staff were excellent and very polite. However, I could not believe that while I was asleep, at 10:30 p.m. two families yelling and screaming showed up on my floor. The attendant tried to keep them quiet but couldn't. Finally, after complaining several times, I was given a different room on the 8th floor. I was told this second room was quiet. Only for another two families to show up at about 11:30 p.m. noisy with children again. I could not believe my luck. I barely slept last night with the agitation and the noise. Dirty carpets in the hallways was not a good welcome either. And the breakfast is really for Asian clientele and not tailored for westerners. Rice and some stir fried dishes but that's about it. No fresh fruits or cheese of any kind. There was however a gentleman who made omelette but only with eggs and nothing else. This was a very negative experience. I have stayed in many four-star hotels across Vietnam. Given the noise and cleanliness of the carpets and the breakfast, I would say this is 2.5 star hotel at best.

Great comfortable hotel. It’s not quiet in the town centre but a short 15 min walk. Room was big, clean and very comfy. The bed was soft and the best pillows! Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and gladly stay again.

The staff spoke English and was super friendly and helpful with my questions. The area is farther away from the beach and nightlife but all within a short distance and very quiet. I suggest you download the ride app GRAB. Rides are very cheap.

We arrived late in DaNang, so we really appreciated having friendly door and reception staff greet us at the Avora Boutique Hotel. We were provided with options for eating and directions on accessing the train station to continue our journey the following day. Our room was spacious with large windows providing a street view. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent - including nice hot shower. Room needs an update/refresh, but quite adequate for our overnight stay. Location to access train station was excellent - approx 10 min walk. Plentiful breakfast options. Thankyou to staff for allowing us to have breakfast earlier than given time as we had to catch an early train.
