There’s always a wedding family reunion or a event where it involves patrons guest of all ages with it being in a small hotel it’s it makes you feel that you’re in a safe spot not only that you’re right across the street from the Oakbrook mall which has a lot of stores, restaurants and the AMC theater

Had such an amazing stay here! The hotel was spotless, super comfortable, and just overall a really relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made everything feel so welcoming from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their guests. Only small downside was the elevator being a bit funky at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

The room was in great condition, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed building rapport and having conversations with the two bartenders during the evening hours at the DoubleTree. I told myself I’ll definitely schedule another stay there, but next time I’ll come when it’s not during a holiday.
