They were remodeling the hotel. The staff was very friendly. No ac in the room since it was still late winter. It did get pretty hot in the room. We just ended up cracking the window open. The toilet stopped flushing but it was repaired within an hour of calling the front desk.

We were not impressed at all with our bookings, When we booked, the renovations were going on. noisy, we brought our swim suits, for the pool and it was closed. No restaurant was closed, So very misleading according to booking with Hotels.com. We would not have booked the room for my 70th birthday for Monday to Friday if we knew it was in total renovations. Either The hotel is not communicating with their 3 party reservations. So we were not happy staying there.
