Staff very courteous but some frustration with staff not understanding English. Our friends did not have a fridge in their room and that was very inconvenient for them. Palms Resort was beautiful. Pool and service was amazing. Room service and the whole experience was great. Only thing was the shower water pressure for the hot was mediocre and don’t expect a hot shower either. I tried explaining to them but the language barrier was the most difficult thing on our trip. Overall excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and great view of greenery and the ocean. My only recommendation would be to put a normal showerhead in the bathroom. Our room had a rainfall shower head but the pipe from the wall was too short for that type of showerhead so you were showering 6 inches away from the wall.
