We had a wonderful family vacation here! The property is in an excellent location with seamless, direct beach access. Every single staff member we encountered from the front desk and bell service to the valet, beach attendants, and restaurant team was absolutely amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our only disappointment was with housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned when requested, and even after following up, it was only partially done. While that side of the service missed the mark, the rest of the team and the beautiful location still made for a great family getaway.

We had a great stay at Hilton Sandestin. The shuttle to the wharf was a great touch, since it was a little too chilly to go to the beach one day. The food was good, breakfast and drinks were more expensive than it probably should have been but that’s expected at a Hilton. We really enjoyed the lounge with music entertainment in the afternoons and the indoor pool when the weather wasn’t favorable. Overall, we plan to return!

The hotel is beautiful. There is a lot to do. My kids had a ball swimming on our last day. We realized that one of our pillows was extremely dirty and it really grossed us out.
