4/10 Fair

Really run down and for example the guest book in my room was greasy and the pages stuck together I had to wash my hands after touching it and disinfect the desk it was on. The Breakfast buffet needed to be kept cleaner as well and there was a giant puddle on the floor one morning that just stayed there the whole time I had breakfast while the person working there just ignored it. I just kept reminding myself I am used to camping and I can consider this to be similar. Staff was very nice though.

10/10 Exceptional

Enjoyed a quick 1 night stay after getting stuck in ATL. The free airport shuttle runs 24 hours and quickly picked us up at 1AM. We enjoyed the large room with fridge and microwave. There are 3 gas stations within walking distance from the hotel to grab drinks and snacks. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. My guess is the bad reviews are folks expecting a 5 star hotel at bargain basement prices.

Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle service to ATL that ran every top of the hour. Refrigerator and microwave in room. But asked for wake up call that didn't happen - glad I set I my phone. And the TV gave some issues.
