This was our last stop in Japan (after visiting Tokyo and Kyoto) and we saved the best for last. Our room was gorgeous (great view and spacious) with every amenity I could think of (bubble bath, face products, tea/coffee) and lovely bathroom. In addition to an outside balcony with chairs. One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had. The service was one of a kind and they even helped me recover my phone that I left on a train. I can’t explain how amazing this place was from the restaurant on the 10th floor to the views of the city from the room. The mini bar had various kinds of drinks that welcome you to Japanese culture. The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main train station but great for commuting around. The room was a great size and the balcony was a welcome addition to the stay with beautiful views over the city and the mountains in the background. Having a lounge area and a separate bedroom area was great for us after long days of exploring the city. The bathroom had a door and then a curtain to provide privacy but I found the bathroom very hot as the door prevented the air conditioning from getting in and the window (which was very nice) made the bathroom very hot with the sun beating in. I forgot something in the hotel upon check out and they were so kind and helpful and sent my item to me in Tokyo. Above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Osaka.
