Poolside seats got full very quickly , so get there early , free tubes for the lazy river and if you play mini golf which is free be mindful if you lose your ball it’s a $20 surcharge . The room was spacious and clean there is also a fridge you can use .i also heard prior to arrival if you need a microwave in your room you can call the hotel. Overall nice hotel with clean rooms .

I would like to commend the front desk manager Carlos Romero for his calm demeanor and exceptional service . I would like to commend the housekeeping service for their clearly well upkeep of my room during my stay. I was disappointed the the room was not updated in the bathroom. There were stains, so I did not use it. I liked the fitness center but the hours are much too short and truncated. I was disappointed by the limited menu and food across the resort for food onsite.
