When arriving check in was smooth and easy. The staff is so enjoyable, everyone was so kind and helpful. Secondly the room was clean, and the bathroom as well! Which is something I am constantly worried about, so it was a relief to be able to relax knowing our environment was clean. Thirdly I'm not sure what scents the hotel uses throughout, but everywhere we went smelt so lovely. We will definitely be returning! Thank you all.

Loved this hotel. Front desk staff was friendly upon checkin and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a direct view of the hemisfair for the new years fireworks and it was wonderful. The bar and outdoor are was great. We loved the gardens. Definitely would stay here again!

The room never felt cold enough. Trying to get valet to bring the vehicle up was a 30-1hr wait . The valet parking is $71 plus tax a night not no free parking what so ever . Mind you we are supposed to trust valet with our vehicle/keys they lost 3 guest keys alone and wrecked one’s vehicle. First & last time staying here the property is beautiful but not worth the extra stress.
