very disappointing!!!
At front desk they didn’t seem to know how to get my reservation I made with Hotels.com.
And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!!
No plans to clear up why the reservation I made with a confirmation # wasn’t able to be found.
Then finally the supervisor says they only deal with Agoda now!!
Hotels.com didn’t take the hotel off of the website so others won’t be going through the same nonsense.
Hopefully I get my refund, the hotel is taken off the website and for my hassle I keep the two days for my rewards.
