We loved this hotel. The staff is so sweet and nice to us the whole time. Our room was so beautiful - and really gave us the feeling of being in Italy with the striped walls and drapes. It was cold and rainy but we sat by the fire in the lobby and drank red wine. So cozy. But the best part of this hotel is the location. You can walk to everything from here- La Scala, duomo, Emmanuel Vittoria. Surrounded by cute shops and restaurants. A million thumbs up.
