Staff were fairly friendly, breakfast was alright, lots of homeless on the streets surrounding it, water took about 10 minutes to get warm. Overall wouldn’t want to stay here for more than one night and won’t stay here again. Just felt like a cheap stay for what we paid.

Furniture falling apart, shower or something else leaking onto floor of bathroom. Walls half painted different colors. Shower stall has supposedly been retired but bottom tiles do not touch flooring and are. Moldy. Shower stool is old cracked and moldy - didn’t bother to use. We only stayed for one night and it wasn’t even a full night. FREE breakfast was defrosting breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles in a corroded waffle maker and other items that may have been expired. Best part was free shuttle to the airport- the driver that is who was texting someone and then calling and talking to a friend while driving on the way. Definitely wouldn’t say this place is worth the cost - if they said “under construction” maybe I could understand the poor condition.

This is an older hotel, so there will be issues. We had a receptacle that did not work in the bathroom; the AC didn't work and had to be cleaned; the tv didn't work; the door closure was coming off the door and the doors would not open or close correctly. In the second room, the heat ran the whole time and would not cut off, the faucet in the sink was loose. Minor things that a good maintenance person could fix in just a little bit of time. Other than those minor things, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the shuttle drivers were very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

The pictures of the hotel are from years ago. It looks rundown and there appear to be vagrant issues in parking lot. Train whistles all night.Views are terrible, weeds and unkempt. No screen on window, no AC, shuttle to airport broken, and breakfast was poor. Jimmy Dean sausage biscuit, a microwave, coffee but only powdered creamer. Sorry, it’s just rundown, worn out, and internet service is terrible, requires codes multiple times to be input. TV remote didn’t work either. Bed was comfy though.

The staff was great. Couldn't be nicer. We arrived at the train station and the transfer van was there within 10 minutes and the lady driver was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The room was very disappointing. Faint smell of cigarette smoke, old loud air conditioner and only one bath towel. For the price they charged, it should have been a lot better.
