The room and bathroom were good. No amenities provided. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was very little soundproofing between rooms.

I would give this a four out of five. Great location! Great price and great breakfast. I highly recommend. Just doesn't get five stars since the rooms are tiny.

Centrally located, perfect if you come by train. Very basic inside, showerhead kept falling off.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very small room but good service. 24 hour bar and a good breakfast, although expensive. The hotel is walking distance to city center and near many good restaurants.

8/10 Very good

Great hotel convenient location. Still the same problem as with many other hotels with people smoking directly outside the main entrance.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is at Erfurt main train-station, the beautiful old city of Erfurt os a 15 mintes walk away. It is an economical "design-hotel" with freindly and efficient staff. The rooms are well laid out and clean. A 24-hours reception- and bar-service is a welcome service-feature.

Staff waiting to greet even though we arrived after 22.00. Quick service and lovely room. Only fault (not sure if Expedia or Hotel), but I did message the hotel twice through Expedia and never received a reply. Very hard to contact the hotel directly - pretty much impossible unless we rang.

It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card. There was no queue either, just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk.

A Super 8 Motel German style. From the surface and pictures the property looks quite nice. Scratch the thin veneer and you’ll find worn rooms, deferred maintenance, a staff that does not enjoy their jobs, and a breakfast that is reminiscent of a school cafeteria. Most certainly, the worst property I’ve stayed at in Germany. The location however is decent.

Very busy hotel close to Erfurt station. Fairly basic room but the aircon and a decent shower were bliss on such hot days. Staff/reception all fine. Nothing fancy but a good place to stay in a convenient location in a lovely city.

We were in Dublin on two hot days and with no A/C the room was unbearable. Even with a window open and a fan blowing.

Rooms are well done and fairly quiet for a location next to train station. Staff was very nice. Free hot chocolate and coffee was a hit with the family. Played games downstairs which was nice.

Short business trip

Short business trip. Good value for money. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Coffee, juices are low end. Rest fine. No fitness facility but for the price more than ok
