Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also a drinking water fountain - the jugs at reception were always empty.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. Awesome drinks Great food, great staff, wonderful location, very comfy beds and rooms, great amenities only down side, pool needs (actual water in pool) to be clean every day!! As well as pool terrace area You guys need a person who cleans the pool every day like any normal hotel in the world who owns a pool.Specially a pool this small. Theres hair inside of it and all sorts of crap inside. This diminishes from the experience and great property you have.
