Mostly good things to say about this hotel. Overall, its clean, the staff members are polite and helpful. The comimentary breakfast is amazing too. The bar is great and the huge lounge area so relaxing. However, the pool being out of commission indefinitely is disappointing. Especially when I had 3 children looking forward to swimming. I'd still book another stay & recommend to friends and family.

The airport shuttle is timely and the staff friendly. I was able to drop off my bags and go back to the airport to get on the train to go downtown. This is a great way to explore downtown Philly without having to use Uber. The hotel has been well used and my room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bartenders at happy hour were excellent, kind and efficient but the appetizers were picked over. The breakfast staff was kind and our meal was great. The staff working the front desk were exceptionally friendly!
