Rooms appeares clean. Beds really are really not that comfortable but, most hotels aren't. Gentlemen that checked me in was super friendly and told me he was the only one staffed that day. He looked like he was part of the maintenance department but was doing double duty. Over night the room started smelling like urine.

Staff was fabulous !!! The location was very convenient. However, the room and property had some unexpected negative features such as, serious trip hazard (high step up) when entering the room without a safety warning, very low room lighting, limited and tight parking, roach visitor, lack of safety handles in shower. I choose Stayable because of the discounted costs, location, and my personal needs for the weekend which was just a place to sleep and shower so no real complaints, and again the staff was exceptionally friendly!

Honestly the property looked clean, but the floors were disgustingly bad. We wore white socks and they were completely covered in dirt and black gunk. With that being said you get what you pay for. I can’t complain too much, if you just need a place to stay this will do. Apart from the floors the rooms were fine and the bathroom was clean. Definitely not a safe area though LOL

You had to call and leave a message then wait for them to call back. Other customers were looking for an employee as well. Over all it was Good experience, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately we found a bug in the bathroom and cobwebs under the sink we did not see upon room inspection. The bed was comfortable for the one night, but seems like a luxury cot. The location was awesome for us and 15 minutes to St. Augustine historical district.

I had a wonderful full month staying here. The staff is super helpful and accommodate your needs. This is a big hotel and they get it done while being courteous even when you can tell they have a lot to do. It was always quiet and my neighbors and I created great friendships. There is plenty of parking and a new Starbucks right next door. If you're looking for an extended stay or just overnight I highly recommended Stayable Hotel St. Augustine.
