The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly. Air conditioning was great. When we walked into the room it was so fresh. We took a dip in the pool which was very clean. Then we had a quick workout in the fitness center. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Will not stay again, do not recommend. Carpet in room was stained and sticky. Sheets had stains. Parking was extremely difficult, not enough spaces as guests double parked in very skinny spots. Juice at breakfast was warm every morning. Plates were not available for pancakes had to use bowls. Potatoes tasted like they were cooked in a dirty pan and were not jot seasoned. Staff was polite but not helpful. Issues with A/C and was told maintenance would not help until next day. Over all not a good hotel. Location was 5-10 minutes to Knott’s and 15-25 minutes to Disneyland. Very convenient.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Although the area around the hotel was a little run-down, the hotel itself was very nice. Parking was easy, safe and very close to the hotel.
