The room and the view was perfect. Even had air conditioning- which was much appreciated in the heat we’ve had. Lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and watch the world go by. Only downside, a few of the staff were rude.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The full English breakfast was delicious. There were other options but I didn't try them as my trip had a lot of walking so I wanted a good start. The room was clean and had all I needed, but It was more suitable for an overnight stay. It was a single room as requested but it was very small for me with limited storage as I stayed for 4 nights. I didn't have a balcony which didn't matter as was out all day and back when dark. Overall a good stay and seafront location

Great location, beautiful views from the breakfast restaurant and veranda. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was dated but clean and with AC which was a life-saver in the summer heat. Did the experience match the price? No it didn't but then we also visited Brighton on prob it's busiest and most expensive week of the year.

We stayed Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th August. We were in room 272. And we were not happy with the view. It was not private and you could not leave the patio doors open. It was not value for money. Stayed in premium sea view room was big and spacious, great views, would of liked a fridge just had a cooler, water available but on a hot day would be best if it was cold, robes and slippers available as well as hair dryer and iron and board, they have their own shampoo and conditioners and body wash, only thing would be the sink in bathroom doesn’t seem to drain well it’s slow and it doesn’t get rid of debris

We sadly had a bad experience - we had a leak in our bathroom , the ceiling started to collapse after 4 times speaking to reception. I don’t think matters are taken as seriously as they could be due to lack of free rooms. The shower gel was also nearly empty and not topped up , small details were just not spot on . Good location, however. Breakfast was nice.
