A compact but very comfortable room, with high standards of accommodation, extremely clean and pleasant! Very convenient location near the train station and a large selection of restaurants, and close to the Crea Mall shopping street, which leads straight to the historic Koedo district. Wonderful!

We stayed in the corner triple room for 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The condition is excellent! I like the tatami style flooring. The bathroom, toilet and sink are in separate location. So I didn't run into my family members. We had good sleep at night. The location is central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. A shopping street is directly across the road with lots of restaurants, secondhand shops, and new stores. The train station and bus stops are also right across the street, so getting around is easy. To get to Little Edo (Kurazukuri Street), you can take bus 1 or 2 and get off at W6. It costs about $2. We used a Suica card with no issues. Finding the hotel itself was a bit tricky at first. It’s located inside a large building and the signage isn’t great. You need to go to the elevators near the 7-11 on the second floor and take them up to the 7th floor, where the hotel is located. We had a car and used the parking garage in the same building. You bring your parking ticket to the hotel to pay. Parking was $19 per day, which felt reasonable for the location. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area, just be prepared for a little confusion when you first arrive.

8/10 Very good

stayed twice during our trip. first room was double bed with a toilet room. so we could shower outside of the tub, leaving the tub full for the other person to use after their shower. Beds were rock hard. Second stay was a single bed, with the toilet in the shower room. So we either could not take a bath until after we both had showered, or we had to fill it up and drain it before the other could shower. And the bed was rock hard. There was no room for our suit cases in the single bed room. The location was perfect for us. Short walk to families home. Shopping and food street on the other side of the train station. Supermarket was a short 4 min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean. We did not try the hotel breakfast, as it was over priced and we prefer to eat at the bakeries instead while in Japan. The bakery on the ground level was excellent, give them a try. Codeo brewery on the main floor has great beer, weird hours. We did not try the food. We would stay here again, assuming the price stays reasonable.

The check in machine kiosk requires a small learning curve to use efficiently, however the hotel staff were very helpful. The process requires individually scanning each guest’s passport and typing in guest names and address for each room, so for my group of 5 guests (2 rooms), it’s a lot of work compared to typical check-in process where you just gather 5 passports and handing over to check-in staff. Other than this check in process, everything else was great. It is very conveniently located, being directly connected to Kawagoe station and right of top of U-place shopping complex. The staff were very helpful and helped us with calling to local establishments to book attractions/restaurants (since we don’t speak Japanese). The hotel itself is very clean very quiet and looks very new.

6/10 Good

Easy access from the train station but very small rooms and I would skip the breakfast, opt for an early trip to sightsee and grab something wherever you are.

This is the first hotel, in Japan, that I will probably return to. Not to imply there was anything wrong with the other hotels. Excellent value and a great place to start a vacation in Japan to overcome jet lag.

The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry.
