Such a handy location for an overnight , close to everything . Friendly and helpful staff, my room was spotlessly clean with the cutest tiny kitchenette , and a pull out sofa with a dividing heavy curtain which my teenager appreciated having privacy . Added bonus with a warm breakfast the following morning , coffee and juice all included . I also noticed a pool and gym but didn’t get a chance to use but there were families enjoying those amenities and it’s great to be able to park your vehicle on site ! A quick but perfect stay.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from all things Drake. A quick stroll across campus and you're at the stadium or arena. Plenty of great restaurants are also just a short walk down University Ave. The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchenette and couch were great. Checkin was fast and efficient. We were staying during state track so we can't give the breakfast a fair review. The track teams made short work of the buffet. The staff made a valiant effort of staying ahead of the demand. We will stay here again.
