The hotel was good for our stay. The bed was ok wish it has been more cozy. After we figured out how to get hot water in the shower we were good. Valve seemed incorrect. All in all it served our purpose.

This hotel is alright but not the best. The bed was comfy and the room was clean but you could hear all of the traffic at night if the AC/Heater wasn’t running which makes for a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep

Excellent front desk staff and great check in. The room was not very clean. You can tell the carpet in the room had not be vacuumed in a long time. Desk and cabinets looked like they we’re wiped with a dirty wet rag. The AC unit would not shut off so the room seemed to be either 65 or 75. Nothing in between no matter what the thermostat was set at. Second elevator was still out of service, has been for months now.

Generally it was quiet and there were a lot of small things and nice people it felt like they sent everyone to the second floor even if there was space on the first floor but other than that it's a little cold for the pool there was no Spa the breakfast was typical and I would highly recommend this place for a good night's sleep

It is amazing that a hotel that has only been open such a short time is in such disrepair. Only one of two elevators was working and it was struggling to get up and down the four floors. There was huge patch in the ceiling that had never been completed. The bath room mirror had toothpaste from whom ever was there before. The floor behind the door entering the room looked as if it had never been dusted. But hey the room had a sanitized sticker on it so it must be ok.

First room - filty
Hotel looked empty. Shower was filthy.. Too tired to care. When I pulled back the covers on the bed the sheets were covered with little black dots - looked like pepper. A closer look and there was a 1//4" length of skin on the sheets. Tired so I checked the other bed - same black spots on the sheets (not bed bugs, but nasty). At that point I went downstairs for a different room. It took awhile , new room had no issues. In at around 12:30AM, out 6 hours later. Free breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 - at 6:30 the room was dark with nothing out for the guests. That might have been due to low vacancy rate as there were only about 5 cars in the entire parking lot

Coffee makers stayed empty, no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo in the shower dispensers. Asked for hand soap and was told to use shampoo but wasn’t any. Doors drug real bad and a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and it was a double roll holder. House keepers didn’t come by the entire weekend. And nobody was ever at the front desk. Breakfast wasn’t very good at all. Room didn’t have cups for coffee. And the pool was drained. 94 degrees outside. Caulking job in bathroom was horrible, all over the floor. Shower head sprayed water in every direction except yours. And shower floor was either stained or extremely dirty
