Romantic stay for our anniversary and they definitely deliverd a fabulous experience. Everyone we met from our arrival to our departure were so professional, experienced and most importantly very friendly. The food was superb especially their Michelin star japenese restaurant. The pool and spa area were relaxing and quiet which was pleasant. The location is nice and a nice walk to the city centre. It would be nice to see more gluten free options especially in the lounge, however when this was highlighted to Management they listened so hopefully next time we return they have more gf options.
