Perfect for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short easy walk into the centre of Bath. Bath is a very attractive city. Only downside is the cost of the car park £75 for 2 nights is a bit greedy (discounted from £100). The room and the bed were very comfortable.Breakfast was okay but a bit of a scrum as very busy! But we would stay again

The stay was ok, nothing amazing to be honest, the mattress was pretty solid which didnt really help for a good night's sleep and in all honesty the breakfast was in the politest way possible very dull, nothing looked too fresh. $270 per night was a bit much for this hotel. It is not downtown but is walkable which is good because unless you want to spend $66 per NIGHT to park at the hotel you will need to march up the hill 13 minutes to the city parking. That is $26/night. This is not London or New York is it? Breakfast was midlin and room was comfortable. Staff was helpful but they are put in a very bad spot trying to explain the parking rip off. There just has to be a better option than this.

All in all what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Clean room with comfortable bed, made up as we needed it. Lift was out of order so reception staff went the extra mile to assist with carrying baggage up the stairs. In the middle of a heatwave so room was very hot. Although the air conditioning was supposedly able to be turned down, it kept resetting back to a higher, warmer temperature which was frustrating. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Parking very expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a comfortable room. On site parking was welcome as we had no intention to use our car for the duration of the visit. The location we found to be ideal. Realistic 20 min walk to the town centre, via 2 routes, next to river or direct through Sainsbury's car park. Also the Royal Crescent is only a 30 minute walk away. Restaurants nearby, Proper sushi restaurant 2 minute walk or if you want more choices is back into town centre. Back to the hotel, Staff was good friendly and helpful with times of breakfast and places to go. Bar is convenient. Breakfast is good, serving cooked breakfast and cereals. Coffee is nice. Did not use on site car park, but seems to be a lot of spaces and you do have to pay for the parking. The room was clean and big enough for our basic needs for 2 nights. TV, kettle and iron and blow dryer present. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the soap and bath wash are of good quality, we liked the scent. Would definitely come back to the holiday Inn Express in Bath, good location, I believe its reflected in the price, as there are closer hotels.
