Having prepaid for the stay through Hotel .com some 7 months earlier I was shocked to see that at the end of my stay, which was otherwise great, Ibis charged my credit card the full amount I had prepaid. More than £700. I only became aware of this charge when I recieved my credit card bill 2 days ago. Upside perfect location and very good beakfast. Would have recommended the hotel wholeheartidly had it not been for this very irritating financial.fiasco.
