Erin checked us in and also checked us out. Friendly and courteous. Also, house keeping lady was very accommodating, didn't get her name though.

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect for my requirements - 3 nights in the city. Really good location (walking distance from Nathan Rd , star ferry building, subway entrance just outside the ymca cafe) and directly opposite the harbour. As a first timer to HK this was a perfect base. The hotel is older and aesthetic dated but was functional and clean. Restaurant had good buffet breakfast but you can also go exploring and find some local eateries.

Location and room brilliant. We had fantastic view over the harbour. HOTEL crew were five star/full score, but the pool and its crew were definitely more there for local people than hotel guests.
