Honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. The room was spacious enough for my boyfriend and I, and our suitcases. You’re not spending too much time in your room anyway (hopefully). They had comfortable pajamas, plenty of amenities if needed. A coffee station that also had delicious matcha. I also really appreciated I was able to log in to my Netflix account and watch some of my favorite shows while visiting. It was literally across the street from a major station so running around town was super easy. I can’t wait to have another amazing stay when I come back.

This hotel is a bit far from main attractions but if you are willing to walk or take the bus it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are big and the bed is amazing! The best we had during our stay in Japan. The hotel is close to the Nijo station which is good for some of the sites but most require many changes so we would just walk and enjoy the sites along the way. We also loved the staff and the breakfast was decent. Highly recommend

This property is right beside the Nijo station, a mall with tons of restaurants, and streets filled with more restaurants! Highly convenient as well since it's only a bus ride away to tourist areas such as Nishiki Market, Gion, Kumo River, and all the shrines/temples. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. This property also comes with a laundry area, a public bath, breakfast (for a fee). Rooms are spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Overall an awesome and convenient property for it's proximity to transportation and restaurants.
