Hotel is spotless and orderly. Every single staff member was responsive and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Central Florence is a short cab ride away. The buffet breakfast is fresh with many choices.

Wonderful hotel a little outside of Florence. The hotel offers a free shuttle or borrowing bikes. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had.

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel but a bit expensive for what it is in my opinion. We paid a lot and this did not include breakfast. Our room was clean and rather small. Lovely side view of the Arno river from our little balcony. The spa was nice but the hot pool could be hotter, more warm than hot. The outdoor pool was really lovely and enjoyable especially after a full day of sightseeing and walking. The hotel is about a 35 minute walk to the city centre. It's a very easy walk. The hotel also provides a bookable shuttle bus to the city.

This was our favorite hotel in Italy! We absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast was incredible, the room service is prompt, the showers were amazing and having a pool in the middle of summer as an option after a long day of exploring was incredible! HIGHLY recommend!

Great hotel, a little off the beaten track but very tranquil. There's a lot of infrastructure projecta going on, which distracts from the beauty of the area currently but when finished it will be a ideal, quiet, location for the beautiful city of Florence.

10/10 Exceptional

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance as you can’t just grab one in the centre of Florence . Great Hotel and the guests are a good mix of really decent people.

10/10 Exceptional

My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever ! A few niggles. The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy. The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular. It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are different to most European ones So the ones we bought to charge phones etc were useless. Lastly if you don’t like hoards of tourists constantly in your face ,late May ,early June should be avoided.
