The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room placement is very weird. Having to walk down multiple hallways and take 2 different elevators to get to your room is kind of a pain

Staff was super friendly. Hotel was great, very clean, rooms were quiet. Animals seemed to be very welcomed. Overall it was a great experience. Only thing we didn't like was having to take 2 elevators to get to the upper 3 floors. But that's just nitpicking.

My daughter & I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice. The beds comfortable enough. The hotel is modern & features nice amenities. As other reviewers mentioned, the hotel layout is very different! Thankfully, we read the reviews enough to expect this and our check in person gave detailed directions on where to go & how to use the different sets of elevators. We also knew to expect the charges for valet & the resort fee. Everyone was helpful to us. We would return.

When we first checked in our room was overlooking the AC unit with someone on the roof. I called down to see if there was a possibility of a room change since we were there for 5 nights. Claire promptly got us into a different room which we very much appreciated. Rick the bartender at The Carter was awesome! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The free shuttle was also an added bonus.
