Hotel is located in a little town. We stayed one night last month in September. It’s a very 70’s style hotel but I think they have an older hotel which looks lovely & wish I had booked there. Staff are friendly & it’s clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good.

This was an historic hotel in a beautiful UNESCO town. The drive to the hotel was relatively easy from the Bergen airport. We had two rooms in the older building. The rooms were large and lovely with small sitting areas. The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful historic hotel in a lovely setting, with a warm welcome, great service and a delicious dinner! The freshly made fruit smoothies at breakfast were a nice extra. The only negative thing is that the electric car charger which was plugged into my hire car overnight didn’t work.

Very nice, traditional Hotel, with remodeled rooms! My room was very new renovated, and had a bathtub - which was great after a long day to relax! Breakfast was plenty and also very very good. Ginger and smoothies were served - and special orders too! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! And: free parking just in front of the hotel- which means something in Norway! I will stay at this hotel again, when I come to Lærdal again - and I will! So very beautiful there!!

Loved it!!

Very kind service, we had to leave before their breakfast started. But they asked us what we would like and set up a cute breakfast table just for us. The hotel is an old renovated building, super cute and we loved the balcony. The views are stunning, there is a gorgeous river running right in front of the hotel, lots of hiking option and a beautiful Stave church very close by. We hope to be back again soon!!
