Stayed on the continental floor. Angela the manager was extremely friendly and helpful as always. The staff in the dining room were friendly. Only downside was buffet food was hit and miss with temperature. Cleaning staff extremely friendly, and were worried when I said not to worry about cleaning room for 1 day. Overall all staff a very friendly, polite and helpful. Stayed in February and enjoyed the stay, so rebooked again this time.

The Hotel staff are great the location is excellent. But there is no way the hotel is a 5 star. The building needs some TLC. Restaurant walls are in need of a paint job.we stayed on the 16th floor and the ceiling panels needed attention.The lights in the room keep going off due to loose wiring. Would I stay there again yes if the price reflected the hotel.
