The staff was great, especially as my husband inadvertently left his baggage sitting in the lobby as he went to get the car, then forgot to retrieve it and put it in the car! I have stayed at this hotel every year when I travel, but unfortunately the condition of the property seems to be deteriorating. During my recent stay, I noticed that the hotel did not appear to be well maintained. While using the stairs with my family, we encountered inappropriate graffiti on the wall that included a phone number advertising inappropriate information. This was very concerning, especially since I was traveling with my family.

There was a loud guest next door to me,.but thats not the hotels fault, clean property and within walking distance to downtown, if im in Wichita again I will stay here, also very cheap for what they offer, great prices for a great hotel!
