The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The pool was a great, very well maintained. The WiFi was terrible. Could not get it to connect to our room and the tv froze a lot. Those were the only 2 negatives, everything else was perfect for our stay.

We love the Kokomo the staff is super great! Helping us with our luggage was appreciated! HOWEVER tv and wifi are the worst in OC! Tv didn’t work and the front desk guy was SUPER HELPFUL but could not get the tv working either. This situation needs resolved or we will not stay again. Wifi barely works either.

Well worth the money. My only minor complaints are the shower door was leaking when taking a shower so the floor had puddles with even having a towel on the outside. And a channel guide would have been nice. I will definitely stay here again. The 3 min walk to the beach was also very nice.

It's be helpful if each room was equipped with a broom & dustpan due to the sand. The pillows are very small & each double bed should have 4. Our stay was for 5 people but we were only given 1 pillow and 1 sheet (no blanket). The A/C did not cool well We really loved the room (only comllaint is the bathroom was super small). We paid extra to have an ADA room because there is no elevator for the upper floors. I would say it is a good price for rooms. I would bring an extra fan the rooms are pretty warm. Also the bathroom had no exhaust so it gets warm as well; hard to get ready if more than 1 person needs to shower. Parking is included and spaces are close to the units. No hair dryer. Complimentary ice: you need to request at the front desk and they give a small baggie. We stayed 3 days. It was ok for that amount of time but for longer stays I would stay somewhere else.

Very nice people run Kokomo! Rooms are nice and colorful. I was pleased with my stay last summer. My room had a recently remolded bathroom which was very nice with tile and walk in shower! Plenty of parking. Nice and safe short walk to beach and a beer and deli across the highway. I plan to stay there again. I also added at night into my stay and they didn’t give me any trouble with changing rooms! Thank you Kokomo!

i liked the pool and the staff would come everyday and asked if we needed towels. the only thing i didn’t like was people next to us were up all night on the balcony singing very loud waking people up. didn’t think that should be allowed . staff employees should of stopped it.

The room appeared clean and well maintained. My only complaint regarding the rooms is that no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. Overall, our stay went smoothly. Before arriving, keep in mind that the hotel requests a $150 deposit, as I was unaware of this prior to my stay.
