8/10 Very good

Room was clean upon arrival, hotel is located a small walk outside the old town of Bilbao. Good breakfast with delicious freshly made orange juice. Hotel room was air conditioned, and has a creative(?) see through bath in the middle of the room, so hope you know your sleeping partner well!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff and in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here.

8/10 Very good

Room on the small side but ideal for me a solo traveller and comfortably appointed but a lack of storage space for clothes if staying for several days. Location of hotel is ok but you have to walk some distance to find a decent bar or restaurant in the local area( the one in the hotel is fine for a light meal or snack)

6/10 Good

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the location — the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night, so we relied on taxis in the evenings. Overall, a good stay if you plan your transportation ahead.

Great breakfast and beds.

A very good hotel. Great breakfast with lots of nice sorts of stuff. Very good location too. Great staff.

8/10 Very good

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with good a/c and roomy shower. Nice to have water in the room replenished daily, but there is no fridge. Breakfast good, with hot options to order. Only downside is the somewhat run-down area immediately around the hotel. There are no local restaurants and bars. The uphill walk home from downtown or the Old Town at night can be daunting. But overall a lovely hotel and good value.

It's a little off the beaten path but not too far that it made anything overly inconvenient. Staff was nice and room was smallish, but comfortable.

A really good value option, just outside the edge of the central areas (Abando particularly, with Casco Viejo also a short walk away). The hotel is clean, well appointed. Not luxury but excellent value for money with friendly, helpful staff.
