The room was decorated with a nice urban style and the size was also decent. It's location in walking distance to the old town and by the train station makes it also very attractive. The shower was awful. The separation glass was so short that you would end up with a half flooded bathroom everytime somebody showers. The shower head was not very suitable for its purpose either. And the staff that checked us in seemed to be kind of untrained. We came by car and they let us in the garage without telling us that there was an extra daily charge for it nor updating our room cards. The next evening therefore we could not get into the garage (because of the not updated cards) and the staff that was there that day (a different person) let us know that we cannot get in because we had not booked nor paid for it... We would have done it the first day of course if we had been informed about it.

Air conditioning and parking not working.

Hotel was fine and front desk very nice and helpful. Room air conditioning was awlful. It would stop working after 30 minutes. Parking space while paid for (for other couple we were traveling and staying at hotel with)was usually not avaialble becuse of non paid parkers in garage. A solution needs to be found, or the front desk needs to provide valet service.

The hotel itself was fine but unfortunately the breakfast was so horrible. No fresh fruits, in fact the only things available were frozen chopped up pieces. Reception is also super slow at serving. Overall was an OK hotel for a short stay but was a little depressing.
