Great location, it will literally save you an infinite number of steps to get down to the beach using the internal lift, also very practical to reach shops and restaurants. The entire staff has been extremely lovely and welcoming, a special thank to Daniel R. at reception for allocating me in a nice room with sea view. Food was alright, good selection at breakfast and different themed buffet for dinner, although gets a bit repetitive and wouldn’t recommend it for more than one week. It’s definitely a 4* hotel for the amenities and services, but would benefit from an extra attention to details. Overall a great stay!

Hotel consists of a main building and an annex. Reception is actually at level 7 accessed via calle Helsinki. There is a card access gate at level 1 to go to beach. Hotel facilitated a move from annex to main building after day 1. Loved second room. Good breakfast selection. Elevator did a couple of odd things during our stay and one not in use.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained including the outdoor areas. The pool areas are nice and have lots of different areas to sit. Drinks and food at the hotel were fine, buffet had a lot of choice and catered to every requirement one might have and the opening hours were very good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend and would advise to avoid would be the mediteranium restaurant which is paid for or 1 meal free for every 5 nights stayed… the atmosphere and service in there was really lacking and the food was ok at best. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return.

This hotel is great! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect… so near the beach but you won’t want to leave your pool side lounger to relax your stress away. Claudio and Christina were very accommodating to our needs. Our room had a great view of the ocean, the beach, the dunes, and property and was very comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. Room was incredibly comfortable with great air con. Hotel situated very close to the beach and had multiple pools. The free aqua aerobics class was great fun! Sunbeds were spread throughout the pool area and on multiple levels, which meant you could scope out a more private quiet area if that was desired. Only slight downside was the dinner service was inconsistent for vegetarians - some nights had quite limited options (other than the classic salad bar).
