Had an amazing stay and time at Jacy’z. I Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a break, didn’t even need to leave the hotel as it had everything. Taha at reception made the stay exceptional and honestly, I’m already looking to come back! Amazing service provided by Taha and Jacy’z would not be Jacy’z without him.

The big disappointment was a room without at window. I guess I should have noticed this when I made the booking but I couldn't imagine that a modern hotel i Sweden has rooms like that. Design and decoration is peculiar, with a dated feel of the 70's. Turning off all the lights in my room before sleep was a ten minute effort. Supper on the 26th floor was underwhelming but the views were fantastic. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Very good breakfast, although a coffee machine making cappuccino and espresso would have been nice.

Welcoming Friendly staff from reception, pool and spa staff, restaurant staff as well as the housekeeping staff nothing was too much when asking a question/query and they were all happy to help. Food was excellent. Rooms are very nice ,clean and spotless, beds and pillows were very comfy. The whole stay and experience was definitely value for money. I will definitely be booking another stay in the very near future

No information while booking, that the pool area at the top floor cost extra, limited parking space, which needed to be booked in advance, even though the parking house is full of parking spaces with the hotels logo. Then you are forced to use parking apps which charge you silly service fee additional to the parking cost. and on top of that I had a parking ticket on my windscreen the following morning. Nothing seems to work properly. Hotel’s location, far from the city centre. Not much of restaurants around in this area Would not recommend this Hotel, there are plenty of options in the city centre. Think they have to improve in many ways, if they want people to come back.
