The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

Pontos positivos: - Quarto enorme, muito bem limpo - Café da manhã saboroso e variado - Porém precisam melhorar as opções doces, o salgado é ótimo, mas doce deixa a desejar e eles não oferecem nem chocolate quente (apenas para venda no lobby bar) - Localização - Não é no centro, porém 10 minutos/R$15 resolvem o trajeto Pontos negativos: - Tem uma equipe insuportável tentando vender cota do hotel incessantemente com uma abordagem extremamente ostensiva e desagradável. Impedem sua passagem nos corredores e são muito insistentes. Isso por si só coloca esse hotel pro fim da lista de uma próxima viagem a gramado. Esse tipo de abordagem infelizmente é comum, mas nunca havia sido tão desagradável - O hotel é enorme, chegamos em uma quarta-feira, com o hotel vazio e mesmo assim fomos alocados no bloco I. Todas as comodidades de resort ficam nos blocos A e B e no frio você fica muito desestimulado a utilizar, o trajeto ou é externo ou pela garagem, então você precisa se vestir, se deslocar e se trocar pra usar piscina ou jacuzzis. Pra piorar a infraestrutura de banheiros/vestiários na área de jacuzzis e piscinas é ruim, não tem por exemplo um secador de cabelo, uma área decente pra se trocar - Serviço de quarto é muito limitado, não entregam nem os itens do lobby bar (mais opções de sanduíches e drinks) - A jacuzzi do quarto é minúscula, pagamos a mais por um quarto com banheira e vai atender bem pessoas de até 1,70, mais que isso já fica inviável.

Pesquisei bastante os hotéis em Gramado antes da nossa viagem e então optamos pelo Buona Vita Hotel espetacular, tudo muito bom, especialmente se vc pesquisa antes e sabe das observações que todo hotel tem No caso deste o que sempre chama a atenção é o caminho dos apartamentos, dependendo de qual bloco/torre vc está, no nosso caso era a I (Livorno) No entanto, como eu já sabia, o caminho pelo estacionamento é uma ótima opção, nada de absurdo, claro que no frio o vento será perceptível, mas para nós foi ótimo Estacionamento poderia ser uma cortesia, mesmo porque o serviço de manobrista passa a ser inútil, visto que fica mais fácil eu ficar com o carro perto do meu bloco, mas como já mencionei eu tb já sabia da cobrança então a escolha já foi sabendo disso Café da manhã espetacular Atendimento tranquilo Enfim Recomendo muito

No geral a experiencia ficou a baixo do que estávamos esperando diante das pesquisas que fizemos. Os funcionários sempre muito solícitos, o quarto sempre limpo e com tudo funcionando. Porém as toalhas nao eram macias, os roupões de banho nao estavam disponíveis na suíte, vc tem que descobrir que tem que pegar na parte da hidromassagem, e tendo em vista que é uma região de Serra os roupões poderiam ser de uma melhor qualidade, serem maiores e eles poderiam estar disponíveis ja nas acomodações, evitando o transtorno de ter que buscar em outro lugar. O café da manha é vasto, escolhemos o hotel por conta das opcoes SEM LACTOSE, porem so havia um tipo de queijo, leite sem lactose, leite de soja, bolo de cenoura e bolo de chocolate industrializados e uma opção de bolo sem gluten, o problema é que eram sempre essas opcoes, nao mudava, e se voce abre essa possibilidade para os hóspedes, espera-se que tenha opções zero lactose ou zero gluten no menu do lobby e do restaurante, porem nao existe. Uma coisa que nos gerou bastante incômodo sao as pessoas abordando na saida do café da manhã oferecendo pacotes de passeios e tbm cota no clube do Gramado Park, gerando um grande desconforto na saida dos hóspedes.
