Great location, great breakfast very helpful staff. The lobby bar area and breakfast area looked fabulous but rooms need a lot of love. Bathroom shower tray had cracks which they tried to seal but looked very unpleasant. Also water from the shower would leak to the bathroom floor into the carpet. My room started smelling nasty. Front desk was very kind to change the room and the issue was fixed. Rooms need a major updating other than that the hotel is wonderful
