Lots of damage to room ie large dent in door, dent in shower main light not working and spotlight completely missing. Stains everywhere on room or long brown strip on shower, 3 large yellow stains on carpet and a lot of stains on the chairs at breakfast. Even things like tv remote control in the room was covered in dirt. Had to request for extra cleaning to be done in room and the bare minutes completely. Lots of long dark hairs found in the bed. Aircon full of dust. Orange mould on shower head No apologies for the poor condition of the room. Condiment pots at breakfast for hazelnut spread etc were dirty. One full of unknown liquid. Positives : Large TV in room. Nice view for breakfast. Good location to easily access town centre.
