Price is good. Location is good. Bed 3/10 Showers were gross. Men’s Bathroom smelt like an outhouse all the time.

Overall it was excellent, well taken care of , immaculate, & a perfect location but it’s a little complicated finding the bathrooms & kitchens & needs to have better signs for people who are short term staying there ..it would also help to have a coffeemaker machine in the lobby…there’s just.a Soda & candy machine & water fountain. You can’t just get coffee in the breakfast room either & breakfast is an additional $22.00 , only when it’s open ..if you want to bring in food , food for purchase is a trolly stop or about 8- 10 minute walk away . The room doors r heavy & make a loud noise when closing ..the mattress was very comfortable ,I asked for an extra pillow &towel & it was no problem … would def recommend & stay there again .

The pluses are The price and the great staff. Beds are very uncomfortable. Mattress is thin and I would bruise my legs on the bed frame when getting out of bed. Washroom was very far from my room. And worse of all, you are kept up from the doors to the rooms closing and opening all night long. The rooms are situated in pairs and my neighbors door open and closing (no matter how considerate he was) kept me up most nights.

I fully understand that this is a very budget hotel and first and foremost it is a University dorm, but some things left a lot to be desired. Namely cleanliness, I don't know if I just got a bad room but the one I was in was not very clean. A lot of dust and particles, some parts of the floor did not appear to be vaccuumed thoroughly and I even saw a small roach. I understand this is a budget hotel, but a clean room really is the bare minimum for any hotel. My room also had the additional feature of very visible water damage on parts of the ceiling. Other stuff to note is that, once again, this is a very budget hotel so it is a shared bathroom and you only get a bed and a desk. Wifi is included and was at pretty good speeds. These are not complaints, just something people should remember before booking a hotel room here. Final note, the staff were all very friendly and very helpful, zero complaints there.

Good stay

I enjoyed my stay here. The residence is located in a nice, safe area with campus security. The room was basic, but functional and the bed a bit uncomfortable, but I only stayed 3 nights and it had a full kitchen and laundry room right on the same floor. I would stay again.

Inexpensive but safe option near downtown Toronto with great public transport. It's a university dorm room so it's not fancy, and the bathroom is down the hall, but he building is well kept and the staff is friendly.

It was my college residence which now caters to tourists visiting the University of Toronto area which is right dead center of Toronto with walking distance to all main attractions in this great city,

Safe and secure residence of UoT in the downtown area. Perfect location, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. I enjoyed the whole experience, except for the bed quality - so noisy and had stains. If you are travelling alone, this is a perfect option.

Stunning neighborhood in Annex and Yorkville. Historic University of Toronto campus full of lush green trees. Newman Catholic Church offering daily services. Safe, clean, and beautiful shopping nearby. This is the best part of Toronto to live in!

It's a nice, clean, friendly, discount place to stay. I had only two issues: there wasn't much hot water in the showers; and the vinyl covering on the foam matress is both very noisy and too slippery to hold on to the bedding (which was minimal: one flat pillow and a synthetic blanket). But the staff are great, the location is terrific, and I'd stay there again.

The location is excellent, close to downtown Toronto, which is very convenient for restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Receptionists who are students are very kind and friendly. The inside of the facility is a bit complicated, but excellent security. The room is just functional and acceptable for the price.

Quiet, good location, relatively clean, affordable. I would definitely stay there again. It's a bit basic, so not like a hotel. No coffee machine in the room, shared bath, but all that is tolerable. I just needed a place to sleep while attending business meetings downtown. This served that purpose.
