The receptionists were very nice, friendly, and welcoming and it has a nice restaurant called Bomba on the ground floor. The room was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Will definitely choose this place again if I ever visit Martigues in the future.

J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits pour ma mère de 85 ans et moi même. Lors de notre arrivée à la réception, on nous a indiqué que notre chambre avait été attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre, mais que nous avait donné une grande chambre avec deux lits en deux places. Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ou un lit était bien fait. Oui mais l’autre par contre laisse vraiment à désirer. Lis non fait, couette juste posée, draps non repassé, c’est une honte

Hôtel très propre, presque digne d’un 4 étoiles. Certains membres du personnel sont particulièrement agréables : deux dames au petit-déjeuner (la plus jeune et l’autre) ainsi qu’un monsieur, probablement un responsable, tous très souriants et professionnels. En revanche, au moment du check-out, j’ai été déçu par l’attitude de la réceptionniste J’avais besoin d’une facture pour mon entreprise, elle m’a simplement répondu que “ça s’envoie automatiquement”. Comme je connais bien ce type de service, je n’ai pas eu envie de lui reparler et je suis parti. Heureusement, j’avais conservé le ticket reçu à l’arrivée ce qui m’a suffi. Dans l’ensemble un hôtel que je recommande pour sa propreté et son confort.

Pour un trois étoiles, la salle de douche est minuscule, il manque une cafetière, il n'y à même une bouteille d'eau à disposition. Le mobilier est succins, c'est dommage car l'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique.
