James,Tram and Lee were by far the best hosts. They immediately addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the highest care. Although they don't have a pool (which other Wink hotels do) it was a great experiance. Location was near markets and only 15 mins away from the beach.

The lobby is located on the 19th floor and the check-in process was very quick and smooth even if I arrived in the middle of the night. The hotel is within great walking distance of many popular spots, including Michelin-recognized restaurants. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel also has convenient facilities such as a gym, laundry area, and shared spaces for working or meetings. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again

Breakfast and laundry facility. This time I selected the family room and it was more comfortable space wise though it was just the two of us. Location is in a busy place, the entrance and checkin situation is awkwardly situated on the 19th floor. It is a hassle as when you first arrive cars are in a rush to drop all your stuff on the road as there is always some vehicle blocking the entrance.

Cool hotel, great staff, cozy room, amazing views, great breakfast... But if you want the cooler Wink with rooftop dj party book at the riverside location, not Centre like we did, though the neighborhood was cooler and we were closer to railway station, which is what we needed

This hotel is just amazing. I took at least 4 videos of the room and shared with my friend, so that she can choose this when traveling to Da Nang. Location is in the city center and I personally felt that is the best area for me. I would absolutely stay here when I visit Da Nang next time.
