The rooms are much less than what you would expect to be at least reasonable. The carpeting seems to have dust smell, the bathrooms have a bad layout, the shower is over a slipperytub, the furniture is below standard for a decent hotel.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment idéal, ce qui est un gros point positif. En revanche, la chambre était assez bruyante à cause de la climatisation. La propreté est également à revoir : le ménage n’est pas fait correctement sous le lit et nous avons retrouvé des couches-culottes laissées par les anciens occupants. Dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien et un nettoyage plus soigné, l’expérience aurait été bien meilleure.

Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Dame von der Reception, ansonsten würde ich da keinen Fuss mehr reinsetzen. Der erste Eindruck war gar nicht so schlecht, da man den Empfangsraum und das Restaurant saniert hat. Auf der Sonnen-Terrasse war jede einzelne Store zerriessen. Schade! Die Zimmer sind so richtig schmuddelig. Dieser Teppich!! Dieses Hotel müsste mal so richtig mit dem Hochdruckreiniger durchgeputzt werden, inkl. Balkon. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Und das bei über 30° Aussentemperatur. Nach Reklamation haben wir einen Ventilator erhalten. Damit gings. Frühstück war alles vorhanden.
